First thing to do is to go to the plugin manager : File > Plug-in Manager and check if you see the message below :
The plug-in description script (Info.lua) is missing
In this case, it means that the evlaa.lrplugin folder has a problem and you need to download a new version of the plugin.

If you do not have any particular messages on this screen, then it is certainly a blockage linked to your subscription. In this case, the message should clearly indicate where the problem is. (Too many online galleries, a feature not available in your current plan…etc)
