By default, your galleries have an address like https://evlaa.com/app/collections/…

You can show them on your own domain name (for example https://gallery.mysite.com/app/collections/…) so your clients stay in your universe. The security certificate (https) is created automatically, and your clients can order and pay without leaving your address.

1. Add your domain on Evlaa

1. Go to your evlaa.com/admin space, My domain name menu.
2. Enter your subdomain (for example gallery.mysite.com) and click Add this domain.

Use a subdomain (gallery.mysite.com), not your main domain (mysite.com), which cannot hold a CNAME record.

2. Create the CNAME record at your domain provider

The page shows the record to create at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, OVH, Cloudflare…):

• The target is specific to your domain: copy it exactly from your Evlaa page. The old my.evlaa.com target is no longer used.
• At most providers, the "Name" field only contains the first part: gallery.
• If a record already exists for this subdomain, edit it instead of creating a second one.
• Cloudflare: turn off the proxy on this record (grey cloud, "DNS only").

3. Wait for the check

DNS changes can take from a few minutes to a few hours (exceptionally up to 48 h), then up to an hour for the https certificate.

We check your domain automatically at regular intervals. You can also click Check now. When everything is ready, the page shows:
