For a wedding, an event or a multi-part shoot, you can bring several Lightroom collections together in one gallery organized in tabs (Getting ready, Ceremony, Party…).

Just use a collection set in the Evlaa publish service: the set becomes the gallery, and each collection inside it becomes a tab.

Requires the Evlaa plugin 7.3 or later (updated automatically when Lightroom starts).

1. Create the collection set (the gallery)

  1. Right-click the Evlaa publish service, then Create Published Collection Set…
  2. Configure the gallery in the set's window: name, theme, number of stars, comments, HD download, online sales… These are the same options as for a collection (see How to create a collection).

2. Add one collection per tab

  1. Right-click the set, then Create Published Collection…
  2. The collection name becomes the tab name.

The collection's window reminds you which gallery it is a tab of: its own configuration is not used, the set's configuration applies.

3. Publish and send the link

Click Publish. All tabs share the same gallery: one private link to send to your client.

Were you already using collection sets as folders?

Collections published before the update stay separate galleries: nothing changes for them. However, a new collection added to one of these sets becomes a tab of the set's gallery, not a separate gallery. To create an independent gallery, create it outside the set.
