You can secure access to your online galleries with an access code. Now, in addition to the email address, visitors will need to enter the access code you provided them to view the gallery.
This feature is optional and was developed for the Public Homepage. While galleries are private by design, this access code adds an extra layer of security for galleries whose links are embedded in a public page.
Feature Goals:
- Secure Gallery Access: While our galleries are private by default (undiscoverable without the link), this new layer of security is essential for photographers who want to embed their galleries on public pages of their website.
- Ensure Confidentiality: By adding an access code, you can be certain that only authorized individuals can view the photos, even if the gallery link is shared publicly. You can change the access code at any time to mitigate the impact of a potential code leak.
- Facilitate Website Integration: This feature allows you to make your galleries accessible from your own website while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality. Here is How to integrate your galleries on your site.
How to Use This Feature:
Setting up access code protection for an online gallery is simple. Here are the steps:
- Go to the configuration window of your published collection. Either at creation or by double-clicking on the name of the published collection.
- Next, go to the “Privacy Settings” tab.
